Minimum Qualications

  • Final semester student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related elds.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Eager to learn and develop in the customer success eld, especially within the tech industry.
  • Comfortable using communication tools and basic software applications.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efectively.

Preferred Qualications

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools or collaboration platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
  • An interest in the payment gateway industry and digital payments is a bonus.

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Success Intern to support our team in managing customer relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful adoption of our payment gateway solutions. The role involves working closely with our team to assist in various customer success activities, such as onboarding, problem-solving, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The responsibilities covering:

  • Support the Customer Success team in monitoring customer usage and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Help identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our payment solutions to clients.
  • Participate in follow-up meetings with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for product improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs. Stay updated on industry trends and share insights with the team to improve customer experience.
  • Assist in the creation of reports to track customer success metrics and highlight areas for improvement.
