Minimum Qualications
- Final semester student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or related elds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian..
- Eager to learn and grow in the eld of business analysis, sales enablement, and tech industry.
- Comfortable using communication tools and basic software applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efectively.
Preferred Qualications
- Exposure to sales enablement tools or CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- An interest in the payment gateway industry and digital payments is a bonus.
About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to support our team in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving data-informed decision-making. In this role, you will also assist with Sales Enablement eorts to improve sales processes, support the sales team with necessary tools and resources, and contribute to aligning business goals with sales objectives. You will work closely with various teams to understand business needs, gather requirements, and optimize our systems and solutions.
The responsibilities covering:
- Assist the team in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, customer success) to gather requirements and insights for business solutions.
- Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track business performance.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to solutions for business challenges.
- Assist in developing sales enablement content and tools that will help the sales team improve eciency and close rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and share relevant insights to enhance business operations.
