Minimum Qualications

  • Graduate S1 in business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or related elds.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably within the tech industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment gateway products, industry trends, and customer needs.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to speak English, both oral and written.
  • Can work under pressure.
  • Have a desire to learn new things.

Preferred Qualications

  • Knowledgeable of collaboration tools and technologies, such as Hubspot is a plus.

About the Role

We are seeking a Channel Partnership Staff to help develop and manage strategic partnerships with community, association, business enablers, and other channel partners in the payment gateway ecosystem. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market reach, and enhancing partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the payment gateway ecosystem and a proven ability to manage partner relationships eectively.

The responsibilities covering:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive channel partner strategy to drive adoption of payment gateway solutions.
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with channel partners, such as software integrators, community partners, and associations.
  • Act as the primary liaison for channel partners, ensuring strong collaboration and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate with partners to execute co-marketing campaigns, joint events, and promotions to drive demand.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the payment gateway space.
  • Generate regular reports on channel partner performance, revenue contribution, and overall impact on business goals.
